I am hoping for a lasting change in what I eat. trying to change the chemistry in my brain to lessen my cravings for carbs and sweets.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

It's just as much the fat as the carbs unless you're splurging on fruit.

I find eating fresh fruit helps me.
