I'm coming off of a week of sickness and hitting the gym again. Surprisingly, my cardio is the part that was hardest to keep up, specifically running. Weights went alright and I even felt a performance boost.

My weight hasn't shifted in a while but I don't really mind. I'm guessing the fat is being replaced by muscle? I hope so at least.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
