The weight isn't melting off like it did the first I did this. This is also much harder than I remember it being. Good luck everyone.

I used to lose weight a lot easier, too. I hate to say this, but its true - its harder as we get older. Also, the more you go up and down, the more your metabolism gets resistent to loss. But it will come off!!!

You will get to your goal, though. This time try to work into the maintenance phase so you don't have to do it again. It does get harder to lose weight as we get older. Congratulations on the loss.
