Still holding pretty steady. Probably too many little off-limit snacks here and there, plus an occasional run through the drive-thru which is preventing me from progressing in the right direction. I did this week start hiking again (after about a year hiatus) on one of our local mountain trails. I went twice this week and did well. If I can keep that up 2 to 3 times a week before the temp goes over 100 (here in Phoenix), I should be able to make a break through. I am getting lots of comliments, which tells me I must be doing something right. I also need to get back to drinking lots of water. I've been living on Starbucks and Diet Coke. I've also slacked off breakfast. I used to never eat breakfast, but when I started SBD I was doing great eating a cup of fat free yogurt each morning. So, yes, I know what I need to do, it's just getting back to the good habits and avoiding the little temptations. I hope that you're all hanging in there too!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
