So I went to visit family and friends for the weekend and took a couple of days off from the protocol...Did some damage but I am back to spraying this morning and hope to be back on track and get some more losses in this half round.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
