Have been home all week. Working out when I can. Life is going on. 1lb lose this week! Something is better than nothing.
268.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 133.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2210 kcal Fat: 86.68g | Prot: 116.28g | Carb: 254.65g.   Breakfast: Salted Light Butter Stick, english muffin, Strawberries, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla. Lunch: Cantaloupe (Muskmelon), 6" Tuscan Chicken Melt, Jalapeno Potato Chips. Dinner: Baja Burrito - Steak. Snacks/Other: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Graham Crackers (Plain or Honey, Includes Cinnamon), Chocolate & Nut Trail Mix. more...
