o.k., I get it. stress is really bad for you. I have a very stressful job. but, I'm trying to control my responses to stress. and I'm actually eating o.k. and exercising. so, how am I gaining this much weight? very demoralizing
145.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
