Day 20 (Week 3): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

WOOWOWOOWOOWOW got to 255 just over a week from when I first threw the intention out!!!! Bouncy, bouncy bouncy! I know my weight loss should slow down soon, I don't want to be unhealthy but I AM eating so I think it should be fine. I think TOM may be sniffing around because I was HUNGRY literally all day yesterday. I exceeded my calorie limit by a little again, but the hunger beast was intense. I still stuck to my healthyish snacks and even bought beef jerky for the ride home as a healthier alternative (by the way NEVER by Wild Bills the saltiness is almost unbearable! I got them because there was only 1 carb per serving; none of the sugar a lot of the other jerky's have)

Old Man Scale won again....go figure!! BUT I am officially at 255, WooHoo! I think I will forgo deciding on a weigh-in day, just yet, as I seem to be losing often enough to record several times a week , for now.

Even with the last two day's hiccups in calories I am still doing fairly well with my food choices. Eating when I was hungry yesterday was a bit harder/more intense. BUT I am still very close on my caloric intake goal (between 1500 and 1800) and caloric deficit is still on track (I always want a deficit of 1800 or more).

5lbs to go to my floor goal! And soooo early in the challenge! Looks like a bouncy day again! Does bouncing burn calories?

Floor Goal: 250 (13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 5 from now.)
Mid-range: Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge and 10 from now
Ceiling goal: This may become my "real" goal instead of the ceiling!!! I cannot weight! to get there. Even if it's just by Christmas it will be a feat to be proud of! I find myself thinking about what I can do in one year of focus :)

1st things first. (had to cut 255 I am THERE weee!) Get thyself to 250 then onward!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome job getting to 255! Whhhhhoooooa! Happy, happy, joy, joy. =) Keep it up girlfriend you can do it! Try having lots of veggies around for snacks (ie. baby carrots, red pepper, snow peas, etc). They're very low in calories. Whenever i'm in a munchie mood, snacking on them doesn't feel as bad.

Thanks, all!! /0 I KNOW, I am so excited. The ladies at work are being way supportive and are greta soundind boards too. My husband is suportive. This site was really the last little push I needed! It's cracksecret for me but in an oh so good way!
