Was not doing well recently. Still coughing, zero energy, tired all the time. Had to work from the office thanks to the new boss who does not approve of tellecommuting. I.e. we are still required to work 24x7, but for the 8 hour per day that the boss works, we have to be in the office. It is not that he bothered to talk to anyone during the last 3 months, he only interacts with top management, not with his subordinates but he wants us to be in the office and communicate to our teams. He still did not notice that our teams are off shore, and the only way to communicate to them is from home at night.

So I am tired and overeating as the result. I eat more in hope that I will have more energy. Does not work for me, I only store more fat. Now I am back to 175 and have no idea if I will be able to follow the diet during the week.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't let the bastards get you down. Take care of yourself and get well. The rest will happen with time, but you've got to get well. Bosses come and go - and maybe this jerk will go on to something "better" soon. HOpe so.
