Back to low carb- even though I had 24g of my favorite hot popcorn last night as a snack watching tv after the gym. Trying to be good until Christmas. Ready for ABS for 2020
192.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
