Have adjusted my calorie ration down to 1400. Goal is 250 calories per meal and snacks and stay gluten free. So far, so good on eliminating wheat from my diet. There's lots of Gf products out mostly from rice so need to keep up the fruit and veggies for fiber sake.

Lost so far: 2.5 lb.
Still to go: 15.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Breakfast: Spread made with Yogurt, Maple Syrup , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , gluten free waffles. Lunch: PC Asiago Cheese, Pasta Joy Ready Brown Rice Pasta - Fettucini Style with Rice Bran, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Dinner: tomato, peanut oil, ground elk, mission yellow corn tortillas extra thin, colby jack cheese stick.
