Besides being in a calorie deficit and maintaining a lower carb intake, I really believe doing HIIT training has really made a difference in losing fat and maintaining lean body mass. I drop the most weight the day after doing HIIT.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
