lost 3lbs even with going to the Elephant Bar last night. I had a low calorie day yesterday and made sure I ate from the 500 calorie or less menu...it worked and today I'm down pounds! yeah me!
278.6 lb Lost so far: 35.4 lb.    Still to go: 143.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
