YES! Back on track after my little bingeing blip.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1711 kcal Fat: 69.95g | Prot: 90.37g | Carb: 193.36g.   Breakfast: walnuts, banana, the original superfood, whey, coffee, cocoa powder. Lunch: coffee, Wendy's small frosty, Wendy's Junior cheeseburger. Dinner: pita with flax, ham schneiders. Snacks/Other: chocolate chips, raisins, almonds, diet cola, Irresistables Smart Kids Mozza cheese sticks. more...
