Had a lot of emotional obstacles to overcome this week that made me lose focus on my Weight Watchers Plan. This weeks priority is not to lose focus on what I am trying to achieve and stick with the Weight Watchers Program.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 August 2010:
1510 kcal Fat: 53.62g | Prot: 63.29g | Carb: 205.21g.   Breakfast: Half and Half, Coffee, 2% Milk, bran cereal. Lunch: Hunt's Snack Pack Fat Free Vanilla Pudding, French Style Green Beans, Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner: Baby Corn, chicken, red potatoe, carrots. Snacks/Other: orange, banana. more...
