I don't understand it....I hardly ate anything yesterday and exercised twice as hard and my scale didn't move!!! Sooooo depressing!!1

I really think you should scale back on weighing in. Once a week I think is good. Your going to drive yourself crazy weighing in a few times a week.

Haha....maybe your right! I just love getting on the scale and trying to see if what I ate the day before made a difference or not so I can regulate what I should or shouldn't be eating. Maybe that's going overboard....I dont know. I just remember about a year ago when I was dieting and exercising and trying to loose weight I would weigh in once a week to find out that what I was doing I shouldn't have been doing and then I wasted a whole week. Thanks for the input!
