I eat just to meet my RDI and I magically gain over a pound in one night, ta-da! Oh well, I'm not going to worry about it. I'm sure I'll be back to normal in a couple of days.
104.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I notice for me ( I know I don't always record everything)it really depends on what I eat too. Some weeks I stay within my RDI, but my food choices aren't great and I will either gain or stay the same.

If I am not hungry I just don't eat. My belly knows what it needs and I am usually always real close to my RDI on the other days.
