Am still having cravings for carbs in the afternoon/around lunchtime but I've slowly found a few places that make a good salad usually chicken salad or tuna salad and have been eating a lot more fresh fruit. I do go pretty hard on the bread in the mornings but that's ok. In the evenings have been eating fish and grilled meats with plenty of veggies. Have minimized the junk food; eating a lot of fruit and nut mix which hopefully is not too bad. Have cut out the candy. Bought some weight watchers ice creams for a treat which are meant to be very good for you and 98% fat free.

Need to step up the exercise a lot.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week
