Ok starting today I need to get back on track after really messing up on my diet thing. Once I waver I go hog wild on eating. Well having gained almost 10bls is a big wake up call. I know I need to do this diet / eating right for life. I love my new clothes and how they fit and can tell if I lose the 20 more pounds I wanna lose I will be set for life.
