We got SNOW last night!

So of course my fiancé, dog, and I had to go out and make a snowman and snow angels! We were the only ones out there in the snow, I didn't see any of the neighborhood kids out, maybe it was too late for them... Either way, I swear we must have looked crazy, because we're in our late twenties, playing in not even two inches of snow, and we don't have proper winter gear. I threw on a pea-coat over a sweatshirt with some gloves and that was good enough! (Don't worry my dog had a coat on too!!)

Then, once we came in and dried my doggie with a nice warm towel- she loved that- my fiancé commented that some hot chocolate would be perfect to warm us up. So I obliged and made some. Ugh, I shouldn't have. That set off some cravings like you wouldn't believe. It started with a WeightWatchers cookie and ended with me finishing off the MaraNatha peanut butter...

That snow was so unexpected and roused the kid in me; and the kid in me wanted to forget all my troubles and devour every sweet treat in sight!

So yeah I gained 1.6 lbs overnight... and some ridiculously awesome memories! :D I wish there was a way to post a picture of the snowman we made!

You are where I got the idea for greek yogurt as sour cream. lol! I have had people tell me how to do it and still can't get the picture in my journal. I guess you could put it as your profile picture though? Last time we made a big snowman we gave him a mowhawk and sprayed it with the pink hairspray you use at halloween. he was awesome and lasted for a long time. LOL! Next time it snows I want to make one doing a cartwheel.

I'm glad you enjoyed the greek yogurt substitution! Mowhawk; awesome idea! Mine had a yellow funnel for a hat. :D A snow man performing a cartwheel? You must have some awesome snowman making skills!
