This is my first entry. I started Weight Watchers, on my own, August 2, 2010 at 179 lbs and I am trying to get down to 150 lbs. As of today, I have lost 6 lbs. :-)
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
