SURPRISED it's only 1/2lb gain! I've been so hungry this week and eaten LOTS of bread!
Need to find alternative snacks!!
160.5 lb Lost so far: 135.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
