Hardly ate a thing yesterday knowing that I would be heading over to the girls night out planned a few weeks back. I pretty much knew that wine would be a big part of our evening, and sure enough, my friends didn't disappoint (they are both skinny!) - s 5 bottles of wine, 3 girls, a plate of spaghetti with pesto and some tomato, basil and cheese means I really went off the path.

Today should be much better ;)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
