Well, I am fairly satisfied with a 2.4lb drop this week, especially considering I started my menses yesterday. I followed my plans fairly well, though I did eat the rest of the ice cream that was in the fridge one of the nights :(
My goal this week is to bike at least 3hrs total this week... 3hrs of walking (though I am going to try to pick up the pace)... I will do 300 sit-ups this week (crunches and various other types of sit-ups)... 90 push-ups (I have not even attempt these yet)... 60 minutes of arm exercises... 2hrs of calisthetics.
Weight-wise, I would like to see the scale tip to under 150lbs by next Monday. That mean 2.6lbs - wish me luck
