I totally gave in last night to my Fast Food craving... I am getting tired of being so RIGID with counting calories... I still counted, but I let myself have the quarter pounder, and fries.
135.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
