Try this. It a link to prevention.com and some walking podcasts. I didn't think i would like it but really do. It is very intense and kicks up your walk like you wouldn't believe.You will find that you are focusing so much on the beat and the given time frame that the time flys by. Be careful though because when it gets fast you are focusing so intently on the beat that you are not as aware of your surroundings. I'm only going to use it when I can go to the track or on a path without cars.http://www.prevention.com...
