Okay, so, like, what's the point of starving myself? Urgh!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why are u starving yourself. What would u eat if u could? I have a healthy substitute for anythinig may crave. It about potions. Find the will power to keep going. I can find u a substitute.

I prefer spells, not potions. Try saying "wingardium leviosa" every day before you step on the scale. Its supposed to make things float. But you must swish and flick with your hand as you say it.

Mimi, Mary's school offers some walking and calestetics with Mr. Pham from 8 to 830 every day of the week. I am going on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It is really a very good work out. If time allows perhaps you can join me? This Friday and Monday is out but are you in for next Wednesday? Her school is off Walegra, Galbrath on Arutus. Think about it as it is free and fun! TOWANDA!!!
