I was hungry yesterday. H-U-N-G-R-Y! I mean empty pit hungry. Not cravings for something, just light-headed hungry. So I ate. Not carbs, not junk, just food. Until I got home last night, then ate popcorn. Do you realize that I never do that? I never eat at night, I follow my plan so closely. Anyway, scale shows it today, but I'm not sure that I would have lost anyway. There is a red line on my weight chart, and my head and body must think I'm not allowed to go below it.

Any better explanations on why I can't get below 190?
193.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All I can say is .. Hang in there..I too have days that I just can't get enough food..the belly hurting kind of hungry...I've been stuck at the same up or down a couple of pounds now for quite awhile..just can't seem to make the scale move...but I'm not giving up..and you don't either...have a great Saturday...:O)

I am thinking it is the really cold weather that we are not used to. As for your little gain I believe it is only from the salty popcorn. I can't believe that you can eat as little as you do without it showing soon, be easy on yourself.
