According to the Strava cycling app, I'm going eight miles an hour tops on the bike, which is below the 13 mph I was using as an estimate earlier, which explains why my calorie-burning estimates are off.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
