On Monday, Feb. 4th, I'll start an Atkins "Boot Camp" challenge. 5 days of clean eating, no sugar subs, and at least 30 min of fitness. I can do this. Great way to get back on track!!!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
