1690 kcal Fat: 53.68g | Prot: 155.78g | Carb: 152.79g.   Breakfast: apple, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, tomatoe, whole wheat pita, egg white. Lunch: slivered almonds, mixed greens, chicken breast, cucumber dressing low fat. Dinner: garlic shrimp, vanilla ice cream, jumbo chocolate chip cookie, broccoli, wild and white ricwe, tilapia, lobster bisque. Snacks/Other: promasil, blueberries, banana, skim milk. more...
