Weigh in went better than I expected this week. Another 1/2 lb and I'll be the thinnest that I've been since my youngest son was born over 8 years ago. Actually it may be my lowest weight since before I turned 30. Hopefully next week. :)
324.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
