Well, I have been ill so that SHOULD help in my efforts to lose weight huh? lol I am a bit stressed with all the stuff going on but if I can stay focused through this, I can lose the weight AND be healthier.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
