34.2% BF. Slept 10pm-8am. Drank 3 L water yesterday but woke up with a raging thirst. Felt sick last night and ate oranges and rice. Felt better last night but back to headache, dizzy, ears ringing and nauseous this morning.

141.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
