1412 kcal Fat: 74.29g | Prot: 90.67g | Carb: 114.22g.   Breakfast: soy milk trader joe, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: hellmans real mayo, spicy brown mustard, la tortilla factory, apple, american cheese land o lakes, oven roasted turkey breast, cucumber. Dinner: Greek Style Feta Dressing, Shelled Edamame, Feta Cheese, Virginia-Brand Ham, Green Peppers , Cucumber (with Peel) , Celery , Mixed Salad Greens, Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter Patties, girl scout cookie. more...
