34.6% BF. Slept 9pm-6am. Last couple of nights I get so sleepy I can barely make it to bed. Still waking up screaming. Craving oranges at lunch - ate some chili instead and now not interested. Headache. I'll increase my fruit intake but losing so much I don't want to stop. the stop will come on its own.
141.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
