Not a good first day, so I guess I really didn't expect much!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am really craving bad things right now!!! I hate this!! I used to smoke and quit 9 years ago and ever since then I crave all kinds of food....not just one type....mostly pastries though. I just want to eat something and I'm NOT hungry so I am trying to just stay busy.

Thanks Julie68....I hope it does soon...haha!! This is ridiculous that food has got this much of a hold on me!!

Ha....I know. I had to give up drinking Ice tea that I loved. It was 120 calories for 8oz but I use to drink a gallon of it everyday. I was finally able to quit drinking it in June. I miss it though. It's just weird how certain things blow you up.

You ain't kiddin'! One good thing....I think I have already drank 2 quarts of water and it's only 2:00!! That's what I've been doing to help with my cravings. It's kinda' helping but I would rather have food...haha!

OMG...I still do smoke and I'm not quitting until I get down to atleast 140. I really need to find another annoying habbit to replace the smoking. I don't know if I'll have the craving thing when I quit or just the urge to smack people at random:) The water thing does nothing for me at all but I still drink it.
