Slow! ☹. I had pizza on the 19 which had like 5000mg sodium! And took a week to come off. My body loves to hold on to salt for days....Hoping for a loss next week.😊

V!!! Yes girl🙌 I’m a huge sweller🤦🏻‍♀️. I only weigh in 2-4 hours after waking. Enjoying that pizza is good, being a sweller, follow up the next 3-4 days with water per our weight and hot 🍵 or a cold diet green tea. 😊

Hi JC! Yes! Slowly getting back, and reeling it back in! Hopefully a good loss this month, since I ate over a few times in September. Gonna make it count these last 3 months.

How did you make out yesterday with studies and papers💜💚 I put time in but it can be very overwhelming 😩🤯 I have so much to do for a new mod and only two days to do it.

Great actually! Made an 89 on my Government test and turned in my paper. Now to study for the psychology exam for Monday. You can do it💪🏽💪🏽
