Back to where I was two weeks ago. I haven't been able to exercise as much due to burning my leg (2nd degree) whilst cooking about 10 days ago. I suspect that made a big difference in actually losing weight. But maintaining my loss is good. And I find I'm actually missing my exercycling. Which is weird. I have *never* been someone who looks forward to exercise. Never experienced a "runner high" or any of that. It is just something that must be done like vacuuming or laundry... except it doesn't do any good to have someone else do it for you. LOL

Never thought of having someone else do it for me, but wouldn't that be great? Im not one that looks forward to exercising either but I miss it now. Can't wait to be able to do something besides walking in the sweltering heat. Sorry about your leg. How did you manage to do that while cooking?

Rowan, so sorry to hear that you burned your leg so severely. As for the weight, you are actually down .4 from where you were 2 weeks ago!! And you are doing awesome!! Keep up the great work!!

I have no idea how I burned my leg. I was cooking two pounds of bacon in the oven for my cauliflower salad. At some point I must have touched my leg with the pan. But since it was so severe it deadened the nerves and I didn't even notice until I saw the blisters. Since it didn't hurt at the time it didn't seem that bad... but it isn't healing very fast either. *sigh* Oooh, Ctiss, I didn't look it up. I just seemed to remember it was the same weight. A loss is awesome. :-) Happy Monday, my buddies.

Ouch is right - did you see someone about it? What a nasty thing to happen, especially when you can't blame someone else - LOL. Hope it isn't too painful. Can't believe someone would miss exercise but hopefully I will be able to say that one day too. If I ever get started. LOL. Happy Monday to everyone too.
