33.7% BF. Slept 10p-10am - apparently had nightmares & woke up screaming. Achy and weary for now - but not any really strong binge urges. I've even been keeping pretty close to kcal recommendations.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
