Getting serious. I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. Today I didn't go over my calories. I also ate fruits. I drank over 8 cups off water. I also Ran on my treadmill for 35 min and lifted 8 pounds weights. To strengthen my arms. And to end the day by a run for 13 min to get the cal burning and Blood pumping.
