I'm always rounding up to a whole number :) 26 pounds gone so far !! 2 hours of tennis tonight, an hour of singles badminton tomorrow and you know what - I'm having Friday evening off and going out to enjoy myself - I'll be counting calories but not restricting them !!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
