YES's Journal, 22 January 2013

Sunday, my daughter and I attended a yoga open house. It was great! There were different mini-sessions that one could try out and we selected 'Yoga by Motown' - yes, this was so much fun. The other one was 'Treat your Feet' which gave some tips on relaxing your feet. It was pretty good too. I'm ready to sign up for regular classes which I believe will help get me focused in mind, body and spirit. Honestly, I feel terrific!!

Back on the points system with Weight Watchers. I've bought some meals, particularly for lunch - since I miss this meal on a daily basis. I plan to be more discipled with my points.
