I began trying weight watchers last week - went from 174 to 168 in first week
168.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

wow great job! The great thing about the program is that you can change it up to fit your lifestyle. II know people who do South Beach while on WW (sounds weird) but the plan is so flexible it allows you to eat a balanced diet.
