Slept midnight-9:00 am; it's a Monday holiday today. In ketosis. Period started last night - wanted to binge at 8-9-10pm but didn't.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
