Joined FatSecret today. I thought I ate the proper # of calories, but to my surprise I was eating more! A small adjustment is necessary to lose the last 6 lbs.
115.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
