Mentally and Physically exhausted.
SIL is safe & home but still taking to him. She is going to more doctors today, so hopefully they can help get her brain right. I ate pretty good despite the stress. and I stuck to OMAD quite easily.
E is getting pissed. He doesn't understand the "cycle" that abuse comes with. So, I have been trying to be strong for her and destress him all weekend. I did read a book, so I threw in self-care too. He also can't stand all the calls/texts that everyone is doing to stay on the same page and updated. He is very grateful to me for handling the brunt of that. She is still doing half-truths and lies.
Selfishly, I am so glad it is so busy at work, for both E and I. It gives us an excuse not to be front and center in the drama. I spent 7 hours with her on Sat, between the hospital and police station. The cop saw thru her bull-cookie (so she ups the drama, and she saw threw that too.).
I am not a very touchy person, except for E. She held my hand, clung to my arm or hugged me for almost the whole 7 hours straight.
Yesterday, we took time for us and stayed home. It was very needed. Killing things in a video game is very cathartic.

Budget season is upon us, so sorry...I can't :-)
Goals:
10 mins fit board on lunch, cards with sister, dinner with parents and the chill out. Try to get up early enough to exercise tomorrow morning.
Positive Thoughts:
Today is about my side of the family. It will be so soothing.
