Did a huggggeee grocery shopping <3 ao happy with my choices! Didn't pick anything bad(: I binged after I got home though on all the stuff I bought...luckily I was still under. Today was good, even going to bed early. i think I only think I gained a pound was because of the quantity I ate. I hope/assume it will come off by tomorrow. Getting closer to my first goal of 189!!!!!!!!! XOXO, Jamie
193.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
