slept till noon yesterday, then didn't eat till dinner time. had a veggie burger and mac n cheese with mixed veggies, about 3 of my size glasses of wine. slept till noon again today. I have been so tired lately. I need to get up with john in the morning and get right on my chores.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
