115.1 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.8 lb a week

It might be water weigh, if you lower your carbohydrates intake 20 to 50 a day, you can loose it, have a wonderful blessed day, stay encourage and focus.
